This was my first time ever using storage. From the first phone call to emptying my storage the staff have been amazing. The process has been stress free which I really needed and it was short term, 3 weeks in-between accommodation.The 24 hr secure access and the trolleys there ready and waiting really helped.Each time I visited the other users were also welcoming and friendly it was a great experience all round.

I’m honestly very grateful for this place. What a facility. I would highly recommend. Higher standards than what I had in mind. They were able to facilitate me with what I need plus there were trolleys and big elevator so that I didn’t have to do many trips. You can get a refund if you move out earlier. David was the guy at the front and he was so helpful. If you’re doubting yourself about whether to get a storage or not I think you should just do it so you’re not stressed out.

Very easy and effortless transaction. The staff were very knowledgeable and more then happy to answer any enquiry I had. They had a very positive attitude which really presented the place in a favourable light. The place was super clean and the use of trolleys/dolleys they had made life so much easier. I will definitely be using them again. Could not be happier.

At first the storage unit was great, but as time went on the cost of the storage unit kept going up every several months. Lifts are a great size and no issues with getting in and out however very slow and old. Hard to get access to as only one way to get into the entrance from one side of the road.

We found the staff friendly and helpful at all times. When we had to spend some time at Kennards we found the facilities excellent. We always appreciated the tea, coffee and snack facilities.
