I recently contacted Astra Walker after sales/service with a request for a replacement hand held shower. I'm a cleaner and had dropped my employers shower, and chipped/cracked the ceramic handle. The service was excellent, communication was quick and efficient, replacement posted. Could not recommend them more.

Purchased our shower head and paid an arm and a leg for it for it to only slip down and spray water onto the wall. After speaking with a rep who advised me to use an Allen key to tighten it it still continued to droop down. Not only is this shower head rubbish but it is extremely noisy and the water sprays out in all different directions rather than in a standard straight stream.Any normal company wouldOffer to send a replacement and take the broken one back but no, not Astra and Walker. We ended up having to superglue and silicone the attachment to keep it in place.Never buy again. ABI all the way
