Rang to arrange a quote for a small repair on a front porch (hail damage). Was advised 2 weeks wait as they're busy. Understandable, no problem.Darren was on time and advised the quote would be about a week but I didn't receive anything. I contacted Darren again and he promised it would be sent in another week. The time came and went and still no quote. Contacted Darren again via SMS and Voicemail msg but no response.I know it's a small job but isn't it better to say thanks but no thanks than waste almost 5 weeks of my time waiting on a quote for the job?

Scheduled an inspection, Darren told big things during inspection and never came back with a quote. Not professional enough to tell that they won't do the job. Not recommended.Replying to the owner's comment:Your fake reply is a proof that you don't care about the details. How can you email me without having the email ID?
