terrible experience. Guy promised us that our phone would be done by 4:30. Ended up getting a call at 4 saying not to get it for 2 more days. We live 2 hours away and can’t come get it due to petrol prices and work. Needed the phone for work. Was very disappointed in the whole experience. Definitely do not recommend to anyone. Do not say it will be a certain time and then 2 days later.
