They let you live in mold on the roof, holes in the houses, doors damaged, fans don’t work, so many things. And there horrible to the tenants there words are so disgusting and they think they have the right to tell people they don’t know at all to stop talking especially Hannah she is beyond rude to people she doesn’t even know.

Hannah and michelle are such horrible people, im disgusted by what landlords are doing now days, price of living is going up and everyone trying to get a home but landlords are making it harder and hannah and michelle are part of it!

I could not reccomend Rachel from Harcourts Victoria Point more. Not only did she find a rental property for me after struggling for 6 months but she got me moved in within 1 week and has addressed any maintenance issues the same day they are received. I wouldn't think twice about reccomending this realestate- AMAZING!!

Both my wife Lee & I have been very impressed with the excellent service of the staff at the Harcourts Victoria Point office to assist us with renting out our investment property. We have been particularly impressed with assistance from Abby Cowan our property manager who has followed up promptly on all issues and provided feedback, photos and helpful guidance to us to get our property in shape to maximize it's rental potential. We also appreciate the prompt response and assistance of other staff for open inspections and providing monthly rental income summaries etc.
