Read through to the amendment before making your decision. Same place, two different dentists, two starkly different experiences...Round 1:So I'm rather extreme on the dentist-phobic spectrum. Short version - Dr Henriette and her team were phenomenonal!! So patient, kind, understanding and gentle! Reminiscint of a 5 star spa treatment - warm welcome, heat packs, warm blanket, acupuncture, soothing music, the works - including their own in-house Reiki Practitioner - all this combined with cutting edge technology.Unfortunately, my phobia kept me away from a dentist for 10 years or so; instead, I waited until I cracked a tooth. Had I put myself in check, preventative dentistry would have meant that I didn't present with an infection, which required either extraction or root canal.Dr Henriette took me through the pros and cons of both options and gave me the space to make an informed, pressure-free decision. Including the phone-a-friend" option.I can't speak highly enough

Very caring, gentle dentists and great with kids. Have looked after our family well. Very reasonably priced too.
