One person dealing with multiple clients. Want to finish work quick quick, very basic manicure for hardly 5 minutes. Didnot wash hands between client.

Amazing service!!! The staff are so lovely, shop is beautifully presented & I couldn’t be happier with my new nails. As someone who has been getting my nails done for many years, I am kind of fussy and this salon didn’t disappoint. After a nail disaster at another salon, I came to Hollywood Nails for help …. The girls were so good. They totally understood what I wanted & delivered the most perfect set of almond nails. They are fabulous with helping choose colours and arty combinations too! Hollywood Nails is definitely my new favourite salon!! Would highly recommend❤️

Very disappointed with the experience. The store had two staff only, they were not friendly and accommodating. My nails were average and one broke on that same day. I went back a day later to kindly ask to get that one nail fixed (happy to pay even) and they told me “no bookings” and were not interested in my issue. They ignored me and spoke to each other in their native language, I was forced to leave when I realised they were not talking to me anymore or listening to my request. Once you pay it seems they are no longer interested.To the impolite staff:Even if you don’t fix broken nails, It doesn’t cost anything to be friendly or at least respond respectfully to other people. Thank you
