Fantastic! Wanted to get rid of hair I was growing for more than 3mths & started to itch a lot, was going to get one on the 16th. But decided to get one sooner as it was bothering the hell out of me, probably was a sign it was time to get rid of it. Even though they were about to close soon they still did my hair. Everyone there was truly a delight & pleasure to talk to & work with. Especially the elderly women who was 70! Didn’t look it, work keeps you young. Not to make this anymore long winded than it already has, I can’t thank you enough for the patience, care & kindness you’ve given for the experience. Thanks from Phil

Amazing service and extremely friendly staff who went above and beyond to help me achieve what I wanted. They weren't pushy and took the time to understand the colour I was after checking it was okay every step of the way.Mimi and her team were honest and didn't push for unnecessary services to be done.Definitely will be returning for all other hair needs. Highly recommended!!

Had a wonderful experience here at this salon. Mimi and the aunties are very kind and made me feel very well looked after for the 9 hours I was here. It was a long process since I have virgin black hair but Mimi and the aunties truly made me feel very comfortable from letting me take a nap because I was so tired from working night shift the night beforehand to buying me coffee and feeding me fruit and Chinese donuts !They were also very careful to treat my hair properly since I have very thin and frizzy type of hair. Definitely very happy with results and the service provided

My little sister has been waiting in line patiently to get her hair trimmed, but then they keep on making her wait and wait, because they only instantly trim only the people that they know, even if they just came in. I had this same problem too. I have to wait and wait and wait, and they always choose somebody else. What’s worse they will look away and ignore you if you ask they are waiting for so long. Don’t go into this hair salon, I repeat. Do not go into this hair salon. I don’t recommend this. If you want to go to better hair salons, go to 8-20 Hughes St

Sometimes long term experience and quality service outdo price. They are the only hairdresser I’ve ever been to, shown them an inspo photo of what I want and walked out exactly how I wanted it. My mum has been going here for years. And due to an unfortunate experience of another hairdresser hacking my hair. They were able to fix it to the way I wanted it. I had a hair cut/style and permanently straightened service.

Just got scammed by this place. Asked them how much for cut, wash and blowdry, they said $75. I asked how much for just a haircut and they said $45. Told them I just want the cut option then. Normally salon just spray your hair to wet it slightly before cutting. The lady told me to come to the sink with her, I told her I just want haircut no wash, she told me first we have to wet hair and ended up drenching my whole hair at the sink. She also sprayed on top of my already wet hair later. I didn't know until the end that she did that to blow dry my hair and so she could charge me $75.

Great staff. They really fixed my hair and made it 10x better. Would recommend

I got my hair permed loose curl for males and they did a fantastic job, their customer service was amazing aswell. My partner and baby was waiting there with me and they welcomed all of us in and talked to us like family, even gave my baby a cookie. A.Siam is an amazing place to get your hair done female or male, I 100% recommend and would go again!!

Scam, scam, scammers!!!!Don't get ripped off.Took my daughter there for colouring and styling today. We specifically asked for the price. The hairdresser leaving to ask ?the manager a couple of times, he told us it would be $200 for everything. Then when we checked if that's including a trim? He bumped price up to $230. Fair enough. She already has short hair. The hairdresser even said she had short hair. Gave my daughter the money to pay him later. However, when we met to pick up our daughter, later that day, she told me they charged her $350. She already paid and left. She said when they finished, the hairdresser was going to take $230 as quoted, but the lady (?the manager) next to him said it was not enough, they end up charging her $350!!!! Not impressed. That was $120 more than quoted price. This is over 50% more than the quoted price. This is against Australian consumer law! They took advantage of my daughter. For $350 we could have gone elsewhere. What if she didn't have the money with her? I know this is not legal. We understand prices can vary depending on what is done and other costs, that's why we asked for a quote in the first place. You should know your prices. I wanted to go to the store and argue but they are closed now and my wife and daughter didn't want make a scene. We could even go to the ACCC. But I am writing a review instead so they know I am not happy and this is not how they should be running their business. We were new customers and would have considered going again but we feel like they scammed my daughter. They don't honour the price that they literally gave earlier that day. I read that we are not the first ones they done this to. I hope as many people read this as possible so they won't scam anyone else.
