Good Price Pharmacy Warehouse Jandakot

I've been a regular customer at Good Price Pharmacy in Jandakot since it first opened. The service has been great and improved so much since it first started. However, recently i have an upsetting experience when I went to have my script filled. The pharmacy in charged for the day (27/08/2020) was rather sarcastic. My GP changed my medication and he was helpful enough to explain the new medication, which i am grateful. However, he was talking loudly and I am not happy because there are other customers present. He was talking about my life style and asking about my birthday. I wish to have my privacy respected. He took quite a long time explaining things unrelated to the medication. This the first time I have a pharmacist that talk about things unrelated to the medication on the script. I'm pretty that is my GP's role.

So I Drove all the way from work get a document certified, and they said they are doing it because it has no benefits to their company. Shameless people…

Having been a customer at this store for a number of years our last experience has been the last straw. The head pharmacist has been quite abrupt on many occasions and talks down to customers in an condescending manner and in a loud voice so other customers can hear. We also had an issue with a script that our GP had written rather than contact the GP he cancelled the script and told us to go and get another, whilst we were on the phone to the Doctors receptionist he loudly proceeded to lecture us that he would only speak to my GP to explain the rules and regulations and he refused to amend the script after a verbal with the Dr. This all happened in front of other customers. When is our privacy going to be respected. In the meantime it had taken him 45 mins to do something that could have been done in 10 to 15 mins. If you want our continued service this member of staff has to go do not use this pharmacy unless you want to be humiliatedA 1 star rating is to much how about one point of a star.

Was on the phone with a Tayla and she was very well spoken and knew exactly what I was asking for. When I came into the store I was greeted by her and she offered to guide me to the items I needed. Overall Tayla made the trip to Good Price Pharmacy worth the trip

I have experienced one of the worst customer service in this store today. The store manager (she called herself that) doesn’t seem to know the policy at all. I bought a Vicks Vapourizer few days ago but it seems faulty as it keeps burning vicks early. Brought it back to store on Sunday, they called on Monday. Went again on Monday just to return home with disappointment. Had a contact with head office in Queensland, they were shocked with Jandakot Pharmacy customer service. This store seriously need to train their staffs and so called retail manager.

Very slow and poor service every time I've been there. They make mistakes with important things like scripts. Never again for me, I will take my business back to a more professional outfit from now on!

I’ve been a regular customer here for prescriptions for a few years now and the last few months the customer service in the prescription section has been terrible. I switched over to ordering online as every time I go there it’s usually at least a 30min wait (even after dropping off to go shopping next door) for medication to be dispensed. Second last time I went there I lined up in the script pick up line, was ignored while they kept serving other customers in the script drop off line (even those arriving after me) till eventually they noticed and came over to find my order. The last time I went I thought I will line up in the regular line as I thought maybe online orders are different, and the pharmacist on the pick up line seemed busy with several customers to the side needing lengthy explanations. When I eventually got to the front of the line I apologised and said I may be in the wrong line but explained I had an online order to pick up, at which point the worker told me “you have to line up over there” ok, so I go to line up and wait a further 10min whilst the pharmacist is explaining to an older lady how to use the ordering app on her phone and the other girls go back behind the counter doing something more important than serving present customers I guess. Eventually the same girl comes over to the other side I have now been waiting at, to ask me what I needed help with, then took another 5 minutes to find my order. Thanks for the customer service finally. Well that’s the last time I go there, the prices aren’t that much cheaper if at all than other nearby pharmacies and I’ve had enough chronic illness to not need to waste my time or energy waiting around for rude staff to find a package behind the counter for me. So sorry to make you go out of your way to do your job!

Always busy here but Lovely pharmacist and all staffs.Very friendly and helpful people.

Have to agree with the reviews concerning prescriptions. I have been a loyal customer here since this pharmacy opened and have noticed a decline in customer service and even friendliness. My last visit left me feeling awkward. Will try out Chemist Warehouse to see if there's a difference.

One of the worst customer service in a pharmacy.. was inquiring stock for a certain product.. ask and waiting for it but no one came back for us..tried to ask again .. then the person at the checkout ask an old lady next to her that was so rude and feels like she dont want to entertain.. so waited again..Den went again to the counter and ask if for a followup on stockhat we were asking bfore coz we were waiting quite awhile.. old lady got angry saying that there was no stock and that she said it to us.. she never said it directly to us but she was saying it to her co worker..No apologies whatsoever.. even my nephew was surprised of her actions..It used to be a good pharmacy.. but now it aint.. better off going somewhere else..
