robbed me of $50 when trying to recharge my phone. they accidentally gave me the wrong receipt when i was trying to recharge my phone and when i came back a bit after due to lockdown, they rejected me seeking either a refund or the credit. unprofessional and $50 down the drain. weak service. manager was also contacted and refused to refund.

Rude male cashier, no smile, no thank u, no ask about receipt, no goodbye, just angry face. While I ask kindly from beginning to the end.Either in bad mood or racist.Both unprofessional and became my yearly worst BP experience so far.
