We used solarmatic for our solar system almost a year ago and we are so happy with our system, Bell was a pleasure to deal with he was very informative , honest and very helpful. It was a smooth process , we havent had any issues the solarmatic team followed up few months after connection which is just great customer service. There are lot of companies to choose from and i am so glad i did my research and went with a honest reputable company ! Thanks Bell and team , we have saved thousands of dollars already our bills have been in credit , one of the best investments for our home :)

We had our solar system installed three years ago, everything was working well until recently we noticed the GoodWe inverter is not working properly.We only gave Solarmatic a call and from there they took care of everything under the warranty. It was such an easy, non-stressful process. Thank you so much Solarmatic!!!

Great sales consultation from Emile on best product requirement. Chris the installer was fantastic. Great customer support with a water leak noticed on a Sunday night due to a possible cracked tile after installation. Chris was back at my home first thing the next morning and replaced the tiles. Accidents do happen and the cracked tile was missed upon installation, but the aftersales and customer support is first class! Well done team Solarmatic! Have recommended your business to family and friends. Keep up the great work!

Quality panels guaranteed, as i did research on them, the warranty given by these guys exceed my expectations. Purchased solar panels with the inverter and battery from Solarmatic from about a year ago.My initial contact was Bell and he was very knowledgeable and frank about the location of the panels, panel brand, battery brand, pricing and time-frames of the installation.Installation was headed by Emil and it was very smooth and his team cleaned up after themselves during the days of the installation.Everything has been running ever since the installation with no issues whatsoever. Bell and Emil have been professional throughout and are readily contactable with any questions or any issues that I had.Would highly recommend these guys.

I have selected Solarmatic to install 18 Panels for my house. The pre-sales was good, sales rep visited my house showed me the products they use for installation. Once the order was accepted had radio silence for 2 months and after a number of enquiries they sent people to our house and two weeks later was informed that the pitch of the roof was too steep to safely install. My roof is 30 degrees and already has a solar installation. Lost my rebate as a result.

I got solar from Solarmatic about a year ago and we are very happy with the product, service and customer support. The staff at Solarmatic are local to me and very helpful and knowledgeable with all their solar products. Iv had solar hot water, skylight and solar system installed and my last bill was $110 in Credit!!! , we used to pay about $700 per quarter now we get credits back.Very happy with Solarmatic and highly recommend them to anyone that wants any solar Products.
