Efficient and well equipped facility, but often close up before the advertised time. Customers beware.Edit: during my latest visit, I arrived 20 minutes before closing to find a long line because they'd closed of SIX of the machines. I had to spend at least half the time waiting, then the machine cut me off at 5pm before I'd finished. I thought sinceThey'd closed off so many machines, we'd get abit of extra time. Nope, as it turns out. Downgraded to 1 star

Really grateful for the staff and the facility. Some people say that they had to wait longer when they arrived 15 minutes before closing time, please be aware that there isn't such a law that businesses must abide about closing earlier. I suspect there is one for when to close by. This service always deserves 5 stars because it is good for both our pocket and our planet. Thank you!

Brilliant. Easy to find and heaps of parking.The attendant was really friendly and more than happy to show me how everything works.Either show up with your empties and get a credit voucher for Coles or donate the proceeds. Or logon to containersforchange.com.au and sign up with your bank details for a direct credit.

Always clean and at the time I go, plenty of lanes to use. Not all lanes have a lid recycle hopper though but it doesn't take much effort to carry them a couple of metres anyway so all good. I like to leave the tops on until I get there as it stops any residual liquid escaping while I'm transporting the containers so recycling them as well is a bonus.

Super easy walk in, with plenty of machines including ones that take cans, plastic and glass in one machine. Would be great if there was an after hours option to increase accessibility for those who work during opening hours.

Absolutely awful experience! Bottle after bottle was rejected because the bar code was a little off centre. Don’t waste time bringing crushed cans because they don’t accept. Not only that, but you need to take the payment voucher to Coles for a cash refund. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DRIVE TO BALCATTA AND GET HUMANS TO COUNT YOUR BOTTLES AND CANS AND GET CASH ON THE SPOT!
