I brought an Isuzu MU-X from Alan Mance Isuzu Ute. Nick was fantastic to deal with and went above and beyond to get my car ready so I could have it for the weekend & a trip i was planning. Nick had great knowledge about the car and walked me through all the features. Loving my Isuzu and the service from Alan Mance Isuzu Ute, would recommend. 10/10.

Recently picked up my shiny new D-Max and couldn’t be happier with both the new wheels, purchase experience and handover.Jonry was awesome to deal with, and didn’t let me down with following up on the status during my waiting period, build and shipping.Once it arrived he took some photos before the wraps were even removed then kept me up to date whilst they prepped and added my accessories prior to pickup day.So happy with the entire process & great service at Alan Mance and thanks in particular to Jonry, Nick & Harry.

An interesting conversation where I was asked not to waste their time when I asked for a potential discount on a new vehicle. I will be respectful and take my business somewhere else. Some dealers clearly taking advantage of the short supply of 4x4s at the moment.

I've had an absolutely horrendous time with the service department. This is a clear case of too many brands under the one roof, they're clearly busy and don't care about continued business with customers. Will definitely be going to Werribee for future services. The following happened across 1 service encounter:- Was told when I bought the car that if I booked a service a few weeks in advance then a loan car would be provided. I followed those instructions yet when I arrived there was no loan cars available.- Was quoted $272 to fit the wiring harness to an existing tow bar on a 2022 D-Max. Towards the end of the day they rang up and told me it would be nearly double that price as I required a bracket that is only included in the tow tongue package. No wiggle room or apology that I was misquoted.- When I arrived to pick the car up the rear door panel had been scratched and scuffed (pictured).When I informed the service department I was told we'll check the cameras" and Chloe the receptionist slid the EFTPOS machine across the desk to make payment. I explained I was uncomfortable immediately paying until a solution had been agreed upon.I had to press for timelines
