Thank you so much to Kerrie for your fast and reliable service, and for actually listening to what we wanted and doing some extra research for us, to ensure we were booking the correct hotel room. We had 2 other local agents in the days leading up to calling Kerrie, one kept talking over the top of me and kept repeating the wrong room name back to me on the phone, while she was talking to other people in the office at the same time. She didn't listen to our questions at all and came back two days later with a load of info we didn't ask for instead of what we did. The other one sent through one quote but when I went in to see her to question the room type she was soooo uninterested, she said she would email me later, that was days ago. Anyway, thanks to Kerrie we now have our trip booked and we didn't miss out on the room we wanted, we can't wait! Kerrie came back to me the same morning and we booked it that afternoon. Amazing service.
