This place needs more employees. I had a woman trying to serve us while doing uber orders and accepting deliveries all by herself. She handled everything very well however we only order a couple of things because we saw how busy she was when we were planning on purchasing a little more.

Customer Service pleasant, tables&floor dirty, begrudgingly ate in as it was very hot outside. Once started eating found our footlongs were a little lite on compared to other outlets we frequent. Then other customers came in, no contact tracing with no masks or others with masks not covering nose and mouth. Suffice to say we wont be back

Every time, each time we have been to this place in last 3 years; since we moved /travelled from NZ; these guys are consistent with their customer service, smile and awesome food…. Top class people, owner /management…. Big Thank you for keeping our family happy & making us return same place again & again… AWESOME

Couldn't cope watching the manager and employees touch a phone then just about every surface with gloves and continuing to create sandwiches. Asked her to change gloves before starting on my order, she did change but then touched the phone again. Very flustered with phone/app offers and customers. Needed more staff on.

Bread was not freah, and sold it to us as ‘fresh’. Asked if the bread was freshly baked this morning and they said it was. It was dry and crumbly and tasted stale.Sandwich was dressed well, and we got a refund when asked, but wont be coming here again.

Visited subway this evening to find out they have run out of bread and then was told there was also no tomato. The girl behind the counter had no customer service skills what so ever. So many people coming and and waiting to be told they had no bread, so left! I will not be returning to this subway again.
