Absolutely hopeless, they refuse to honour better prices from stores in the same mall, pathetic sales malarkey, too tired to even ring competitors, just lost my business,

One of the goto places for video games in Mackay. With games from all the modern systems there isn't much you can't find for the last few generations of consoles and computers. The biggest let down is the price, as they are usually higher than the bigger department stores and even online services like steam, so if you want it new, wait for one of their bug sales. Plus other gaming stores offer more products that fit the customer demographic.Though the biggest advantage over those are the pre owned games, return policies and scratch warranty on disks. If you want a standard game you can probably find it cheaper somewhere else, but if you want pre owned or special edition be sure to check out the store.

My least favourite thing is that they were going to give me $2.50 for a game that people were offering $140 for at the time.

You pay top $ for games and trade them in a couple of months later for less than $25-$30, then they price it $10 off the brand new price and put them back on the shelf. Rip off.

Friendly & very helpful staff there today, wasn't quite sure what product I was after in regards to compatibly with my xbox console, staff were able to help and even compare prices as to which was the better deal.

For a small shop they really use every inch of space wisely. This place is choc full. It can get very busy but staff always seem to work hard to prevent unnecessary delays in service. A good range of items. Get in early in the days to avoid the rush.

Disobeys LAW on POS selling. Refuses Gov't mediation. Refuses to negotiate a solution to a rational problem . No reply from samsung.(around the world phone) promises I will follow up.

trade in prices are horrible. was told to leave the store when trying to trade in my nephew for instore credit. how am i meant to afford a switch lite when they aren’t even going to accept my trade in?

just buy stuff off their website, saves having to deal with the staff and the deliveries are very punctual and you wont be disappointed

I was served by an upbeat and polite young lady. 10/10 would shop there again.
