Unfortunately I've come away feeling that the exercise was to retrieve as much information as possible, at a great cost only to get a sense that the lawyer in question was not across the fat file with accumulated information. Perhaps they take on more clients than they can adequately service...perhaps its simply exhaustion. Though I must say that Stephanie Wright was the first person I came across that had passion and client service skills. I'd definitely recommend her if she started her own firm.

Lauren recently help one of my clients with a settlement and the effort and drive to make settlement happen was amazing. Most would have given up, but Lauren continued to push the lender settlement agency all the way and never gave up. A massive effort for her and the team, cant recommend them enough.

This firm sucks. They say anything making things worse.
