Got quoted about $250 more than I paid be careful for the “hidden” costs as they’ll get you with extras.Review update 21/3/22The rubber seal about 6cm was flapping about and had taken it back today to get it fixed and honestly to pay over $600 in November 2021 and have this happen is just not getting the job done for the extra money that I got over quoted in the first place stay well away!!

I strongly recommend going anywhere else to get your car window replacement than O’Brian Brooklyn! 4 repeat visits as they broke the plastic mount around my window frame 3 times. First time they actually denied it as I’m in the workshop and tried to cover it up with wet black silicone. I was the one that had to return to the shop. I wasted 7hrs in total of my time getting their mistakes fixed!Worst customer service I have ever received! I will go elsewhere in the future!

I had great experience with this shop my appointment was 4 pm and asked me 90 min and I have to pick kids so I request them to finish as soon as possible they done within 60 min so I didn't have to rush to pick kids everything went well even though I was with insurance still get good work done I recommend this place if anyone looking glass things in car.

Brooklyn o'brien's was unable to replace my windscreen first visit.Really poor communication resulted in me sitting in the waiting room for 2.5hrs before they reminded to tell me they had the wrong windscreen to replace. Replacement booking was over month later.Second time I dropped vehicle off at 8am and I was waiting around before I noticed my vehicle was missing from the shop, approx 1.30pmLooked at the location on the app on my phone and someone drove it to Ford without consent and mentioning that to me.On top of this O'Brien's failed to inform me that I would need to find my own way to Ford for collection.Extremely dissatisfied and poor service

I had a really good experience, booked in nice and easy, had a genuine screen which I preferred. Excellent waiting room, with complementary tea, coffee & biscuits. Management were very accommodating. And staff were very professional, explaining what was done and warranty etcetera.Not sure if they had a service to drop people home or not, which would have been nice. 2hr wait time and the car was done & calibrated. No issues at all.

Had a incident with a rear window on my SUV. The team repaired the window within 24 hours of the incident. Cleaned all the glass that shattered through the rear door. Very thorough and repair looked factory.Picture of how much glass shattered. They got very bit!
