Horrible service. Expect to pay for all warranty costs. Purchased some led tape from Chris and it didnt last 3 months! Requested replacement. He questioned everything I complained about. Then told me to pay for all postage costs. Dont expect to contact them via phone either. They do not answer. Worst shopping experience ever.

Bought some LED blinker globes prior to a bike restoration, brand new globe fitted to bike first ride it fell apart. Because it was bought outside the 3 months Chris wouldn't replace it. Not impressed with the service

Placed an order and it clearly stated on the confirmation. they would contact me for payment details. Several days later got a terse e-mail saying my order was cancelled.Tried to contact by phone, left a message and have heard nothing.
