executive dry cleaners

They destroyed my expensive white wedding shirt that I got tailored at Briggins!!!!!!My ordinary everyday dry cleaners would have done a better job!Never wasting my money on them again! Going to vcat!

Not very pleased with the service from this place! I brought my childs pram for a steam clean and expected it to be cleaned & not look the same as when I brought it in. The pram honestly looked like it was lightly wiped down only which also left a bad smell on it. Stains (which were later removed from another company) were still very clear on the seat & was told thats the best they could do! There was still dirt in the crevasses of the pram which could literally be removed by wiping it with my finger. The lady who works there was very unapologetically rude & definitely does not know what customer service is. I could go on about how unprofessional this place & staff were! But I'll just say what a waist of my time & money. If you want a job well done don't even consider this place!!!!

Had an outdoor cushion cleaned while they did a great job getting the mould and stains out, the cushion insert had clumped so much it wasn’t able to be sat on. And when I pointed it out the response I got was “The only thing you can do is to unpick the stitching and pull the stuffing.”There was also pulling on the stitching that now appears as a holeNot impressed.

With really good value for money and a nice customer service, I recommend this dry cleaners for anyone who is in need of such a service. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

I had my wedding dress cleaned by them. They were lovely to deal with, clear on pricing and timeframe and I am happy with the service they provided.

It is really great that the place opens up at 7 am in the morning. The staff member is kind and polite and I am happy with the service. Will recommend.

Executive dry cleaners are amazing! They removed horrible stains from a corset of mine, charged a fair fee and were absolutely lovely to deal with! I will definitely be retuning for all dry cleaning needs, and highly recommend to anyone in the area, they will not let you down! Thank you!
