Best physio in the area! I suffered from a severe MCL injury but thanks to James, I'm slowly getting back on the bjj mats rolling again. About 15 months ago I hobbled into the Physio Room to start what would be about 12 months of intensive therapy from James. Having ignored my plantar fasciitis I was in a position where I was barely able to walk and my whole body was in pain all the time. James looked beyond my sore feet and showed me that the tight muscles throughout my entire body were restricting blood flow and causing my pain. He started a holistic (and at times very painful) therapy regime. He included sessions with the most amazing remedial massage therapist I have ever met in Gary and together they worked on my broken body. Today I am completely pain free, exercising more than I ever have and feeling stronger than ever. I understand how my body works and what I need to do to stay feeling this way. I cannot believe the difference and will be eternally grateful to James, Gary and the entire team at the Physio Room.

Professional and solutions oriented, James will get you feeling amazing as quickly as possible. His Physiotherapy approach and Pilates offering are both world class and come highly recommended. My entire family have benefited tremendously from his skill, care and dedication.

I have had back issues over a number of years and it was suggested that I try Physio Pilates to strengthen my core. James at PhysioRoom has been incredible. After a number of sessions over a few weeks, my back pain has gone and I am noticing a big difference in my core strength. James has a wonderful manner and his facilities are excellent.
