Felicia provided a warm and welcoming environment. She made me feel comfortable and took the extra time and effort to ensure that the waxing and sculpting that she was doing was absolutely perfect. Honestly would not let anyone else touch my eyebrows after seeing her. Would highly reccomend this business!

Felicia, the owner is not at all about her customers. I bought a buy three get one free package (expired end of 2018), and my 4th appointment was going to be in January (as I was away for two weeks) and I told the technician that worked for Felicia in advance and she said it would still be honoured as I paid for it already and I gave them a heads up. Felicia, then told me, on the day of my appointment, that the technician didn't work there anymore and it would not be honoured. She said she would loose money (which is wrong as it was already paid for). This is unfair to the customer and it leaves a really bad taste in my mouth about Felicia and the way she runs her business.

So happy with all my treatments so far. Felicia is very professional, fun and knowledgeable. I started having IPL (touch ups) and this is BY FAR the best machine I've ever experienced. Quick and painless, and Felicia gave me tips on maintenance that no one has ever told me before. I had such a good experience with IPL that I now have my facials done by Felicia too. Great experience, convenient location, accessible parking etc. Only great things to say about The Skiin Boutique!

Felicia is absolutely incredible and has completely changed my skin. She is so kind, helpful and FULL of knowledge. The treatments are affordable, effective and I always leave with the most beautiful, hydrated skin. She doesn't rip you off like a lot of clinics in the area do & stocks fantastic products that make at home care so much easier. I can't recommend her enough, especially after struggling to find someone who understands my skin for such a long time!

Alex is really friendly and the service was professional in a nice studio. Easy to access in Mt Hawthorn. Will recommend to friends and family.

I was incredibly nervous about getting IPL and she made me feel super comfortable - that's priceless to me.She was very professional, knowledgeable and relatable.
