Absolutely useless... when ordering off uber eats if a product is out of stock and you order it they dont tell you and cancel your order but still charge you... if products are out of stock either make more or notify uber that you are out of stock like everyone else does...

Absolutely disgusted in the behaviour of the staff here.My two sons went in for a cheese and garlic toastie and was charged $11.20 for a toastie that had no freaking garlic sauce and two slices of cheese.I went to Penrith today and bought two cheese, garlic and avocado toasties with 2 bottles of water and it cost me $10.90.The service was amazing at Penrith but the lady who served my kids seemed to have a cavalier attitude toward her job and didn't care if she over charged two kids.Repeated calls to this shop is immediately cut off as if it's too hard a task to pick up the phoneI'll be raising this issue with head office and across media.

Slow service and poor attitude. Was not pleased at all and was shocked. Was painful to wait when there were 2 capable people on shift and myself plus 3 others waiting in line and only 1 persons food being made.

Service was OK but the food was terrible. The amount of salt felt like I took a swig of the ocean. Contacted the boss was told he would fix my order then never replied again. I have sent at least 5 emails

Bought a subway today.... got sick from their beef melt. Another staff member also got sick from their chicken salad. Place looked messy and cross contaminated. Never going there again.

One of the better subways but it really comes down to who serves you usually don't scrimp on the salad and take a bit more care in distribution

Asked for toasted and commented for it to be extra toasted and this is what I got. Not toasted at all! Always have issues with this place. Last time I will order from there. Also the leb chick that works there ( I think the manager) is the rudest b*!$% I've met. Kept arguing the point that it was toasted even with proof and told me to take it up with uber as it's not her problem ( said that's all I can do) when it is, you could easily replace the stuff up but refused to be of any help at all. Then proceeded to hang up on me and would not answer the phone.When they did Answer another person did because she was to much of a coward to own up to the mistake.Buyer beware

Had the chicken strips on my sub and I’ve vomited every hour for the last 9 hours. Hadn’t had a problem with this subway until today but I’ll never risk it again, don’t eat their meat!!!

Gross, dirty.There are flies under the cabinets hovering over the food.Doesn’t look like anything has been cleaned in a long time.
