Drummond Golf Gosford

Had to take a Callaway Mavrik driver back as the crown broke offthe service person said they need to email Callaway and it might take some time for a response - meanwhile I dont have a driver in my bag.They offered and lent me a new Mavrik driver until we sort out the warranty issue. Really happy as I play often and going around with 13 clubs was not going to happen..thanks for the service this is why I am a repeat customerI have spent a lot of time at West Gosford Drummond - purchased my previous Ping G3 now my taylor made P7 and recently purchased the Mavrik 1,3 and hybrid. The Guys have been fantastic - always thought the price was right the service caring. Even to the stage of getting me a new buggy wheel . no problems, Shout out to Dean who always greets you like you are the only customer...thanks mateLuke

Super impressed with the followup service after buying my golf buggy at Drummonds. Had an issue with my brake and straps and it was fixed onsite with just a small wait. Highly recommend you use this great locally owned company.

Highly recommend going here for any of your golf needs. I dealt with Cameron and he was outstanding and has incredible customer service. He let me have a go of each club I wanted to buy and even shared some helpful tips with me while having a hit in the simulated golf range.

This store is full of brilliant product but is operated by a completely useless individual who detracts from the Drummond Golf brand. Personal experience and the general feeling of my local golf club suggests that there is little business experience and no customer experience held by the person managing the shop each day. I am a life member of Drummond golf that is simply not acknowledged by this shop as apparently everything is on special. He continuously overcharges and then argues that the price tags and signs are wrong. This has been shared with three local clubs now and online shopping is quickly becoming the option on the Central Coast of NSW.UPDATE :One of the owners of this store took the time to ring me and understand the issues I had in detail. Whilst the past experiences cannot be changed, the owner was keen to hear my perceptions with a view to enhance future training. Can't ask for more than that... Thank you

Basic package $1,300 fair enough but the bag is of $2.00 shop quality. Something they get away with because most people are only focusing on the clubs when starting out and don't think to ask what type of bag comes with it.

Mixed experience. They recommended a golf buggy which turned out to be no good but then their advice on a light weight bag was well received. Not the best Drummond Golf store I've been to but not the worst either
