I booked in yesterday for a haircut and blow dry. My husband and I are going out tonight so I was excited to have someone else do my hair (with two little ones at home, I don't get to the salon very often). A few hours after booking I received a confirmation for Claudia". I replied to the text noting who I am and confirming what time I had booked for. When I arrived

Had an amazing experience at this salon! Irene fixed my hair colouring disaster and did a beautiful but hard job on my hair and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome! Extremely professional, knowledgeable and customer oriented staff, made me feel nothing but welcomed and made my all day experience at the salon flow smoothly and stayed open until my colouring session was complete. Big thank you to Irene and the team for taking great care of my hair today, can't wait to be back!

As someone with awful anxiety who hates getting her hair cut, Holly did an AMAZING job at listening, giving me time to talk about what I wanted, and fulfilling my needs. She has the most sweet soft spoken voice and calm presentation (not to mention her lovely shampooing and hair washing techniques - I could feel myself melting into the chair), I can say I am 100% happy with their service. Emily who answered the phone was also lovely, and I thank you for understanding my anxiety and fitting me into a same day appointment. All up it was only $60 for my shampoo and cut which is just perfect (and my hair smells amazing!)If you need a haircut, please dont hesitate booking here, the reviews speak for themselves. ♡

Hi All, I also get a men’s haircut from Rupunzelsroom and guys if your looking to get your haircut this is the place the staff are welcoming, accommodating you get offered a coffee, water and tea as you get a haircut, colour and etc I’ve known the manager for years now and never change my hairdresser when the staff are so polite you can’t go wrong so come on make a booking and enjoy the experience I get when I go there cause trust me you would be happy with the results cheers

Had a great experience today - walked in early morning with no appointment and asked if they had a free space for a cut - they squeezed me in in the afternoon. Turned up, requested a ‘dry cut’ as my hair wet is very different from dry and couldn’t have been more accommodating. Great cut - exactly what I asked for. Great customer service - will return!

Love every visit I have here so much I travel 3 hours for each appointment. I currently have the best hair colour I’ve ever had thanks to Irene & her team.In the past I’ve also had hair extensions which have always been insanely good too. This salon is a hidden gem. Love it! Thanks girls!
