Well. Trusted a word from my friend recommending them for a customised canopy for our new dental lab. But because of their misconduct: their ladder fallen off and broke our outside electricity attachment and lost our power 3-4hours and our neighbours too. That is okay but after that because we had to get our employees go home and back for work next day (saturday), I asked the overtime payment from this company to pay our employees but they refused saying we have to make a claim against United energy because United energy did not made that attachment strong enough? We did claim it but United energy says that is This company’s fault not them. I forwarded the email from United energy to this company but they ignored me.The incident can happen during the installation but the way they deal with their customer is really funny and not professional at all. If you are looking for some company reliable, this company is like this so think about it again. And their staff is not experienced.
