So happy with the service I received today. I could see by the end of the day the wonderful women who worked on my hair were tired from a busy day. I must say my hair turned out so much better than I expected.Thank you to all the wonderful people who helped with my hair today :)

Previous review was reported no doubt by the staff so I am writing again!!Kym did my daughters hair and it looked beautiful she did a great job and was very kind as did the manager and Opill or April?? The reason for not 5 stars is because the blond girl Em or Emily was very rude the entire time. I came into see how everything was going she glared at with a thunder face when I walked in and the way she spoke to the other hair dressers was disgusting and extremely rude. It wad borderline bullying!! I heard loud conversations and she complained about having to fold towels and was on her phone!!! Even the manager looked uncomfortable with the way she was speaking to everyone!!!!! I almost told her to smarten up her act because her attitude was so poor and the rudeness and tone with how she spoke it was terrible you would not speak to a dog like that let alone other young girls!!!! She needs a lesson in customer service and how to treat people!!!! Real shame because the hair was beautiful and I was going to make an appointment myself but I had to go!!

Our family was ignored by two female workers for about 7 minutes as we waited at the counter. Gradually we stepped closer hoping to be greeted, but it just got to a point where I had to but into their conversation and ask, “Excuse me, are you doing hair cuts today”. Taken by my frustration they clearly retaliated with, “No we are all booked out today”.This shop is hideous. Do better.

Great men’s haircut. Friendly staff and keep well to appointment times. I don’t need anything fancy, but they do a thorough job and cut as per my request. I find the service much better than all the new-aged barbers I’ve triedBoth locally and our of area.Repeat customer guaranteed!
