We had drive through.The worst service and food ever and the drive through is to narrow.You wait to long.They interrupt your order when you make an order.The speaker at the drive thru is a joke I could hardly understand the person babbling at 100 miles an hour on the other end.The Pepsi tasted stale.The chicken was way too overcooked and burnt and the chips were dried out.Absolutely disgusting.How dare you provide food like this at this price.Totally unacceptable.

Terrible serviceFilthy dirty may has well eaten in the toiletOh and then I went to the toilet and then it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a year over all experience devastating as I actually love KFC but will never order from that premises again

I wish I had read some of the reviews before I decided to enter this KFC.I live 30 mins out of town and have had numerous take out meals from different eateries make it home and enjoyed the meals. However, that certainly wasn't the case tonight from this KFC. The Zinger burger was a sorry mess and cold, as were the soggy cold chips. The other meal, a three piece chicken deal, was also cold but tasted marginally better than the burger. We ended up throwing the chips out as they were that disgusting. There is no recommendation for this place.Not happy ... won't be back ... ever again.

Terrible. Place smells. Waited 11 mins for 2 burgers and chips,just to get a cold burger and soggy chips. Asked politely for some napskins when i ordered and explained I never get any normally from kfc for some reason and end up with more then a handfull chucked in our bag.I always choose kfc over maccas,but this was a pitiful experience.

We ordered online and they accepted the order, when we reached there the chick working there said they have no chicken left and she can't give anything in replacement of what I ordered, even though there was plenty chicken I could see. She said it does not match your order so she can't help. How stupid can someone be. She returned the money but I had used a promo to redeem it which I couldn't get back. It's a terrible experience would not recommend anybody.

I don't say this lightly.Failure on every component.Cleanliness of the store was appalling. Food and rubbish all over floor and and furniture. Food handling without proper hygiene.Can't call it 'fast food' when you wait over 15minutes.Food wasnt worth it. Standout was the drink was cold. Chips were undercooked, burger soggy and chicken slightly undercooked. Not cool.Ok customer service. The teenagers could do with more training! And a bit of politeness.

Service by the two checkout people in drive thru were rude, abrupt and had a care factor zero mannerism. If I was a secret shopper would of been a massive fail.
