Cannot believe how absolutely rude the lady on the phone is. If you want to actually get business through the door i suggest you start with changing her attitude. Everything seemed to hard for her to help with a simple enquiry. Taking my business somewhere else.

We had a pump failure over the weekend and our tank was getting pretty full - called Dr Pooh 7am Monday morning and a new pump was installed before midday. Great service and really friendly and helpful staff.
