The service we received from Eli and Ashleigh from Evolve Security was absolutely excellent and I would recommend them to anybody. Our first contact with the business was to resolve an urgent problem with our house alarm triggering every 15 minutes or so. The company who installed the alarm and had previously done any repairs would not come out until the following day, they expected us to leave the alarm going off. They then offered to come out but wanted to charge a fee for this although it was within business hours and then wanted to charge again the following day for the same issue. I thought the double charging was unreasonable especially as a loyal customer of 14 years who has had this business do numerous jobs besides the alarm system. I called another company who actually recommended Eli as they no longer install alarms. Eli was immediately genuinely concerned and bent over backwards to send out one of his employees to disengage the system and diagnose the fault within the hour. As the whole system needed replacing it was an easy decision to have Evolve quote for the job and I didn't get any other quotes as I felt this was a trustworthy and caring person who I would like to do business with now and into the future. Eli organised the quote quickly and arrived to do the job on time on the day arranged. It was a pleasure to have him and Ashleigh in the house they were very efficient and tidy in their work and even brought a vacuum to clean up afterwards. I am really happy to have found such an excellent business and I won't be going anywhere else in the future. Thankfully Evolve also does a whole range of security services and as our house is ageing I'll be able to have Eli upgrade other systems.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of Eli and team.I had just bought a place with an alarm system and wanted to get familiar with the system and delete old codes.During the service a mishap happened that require the motherboard of the system to be replaced.Eli and team replaced the motherboard free of charge on the same day. I was only charged the original service fee.Thank you Eli and team.

The Evolve technician went straight to work on my LAN problem and her skillset allowed her to quickly identify that it was a data switch to router connection problem that I was experiencing.
