Had a coffee and donut. Sign says baking done daily. Who are you kidding? If I dropped my donut from a 10 storey building, it wouldnt break. It was that hard and stale. Such false advertising.

Rude staff, if anybody want to use toilets, you need a permission from staff. That’s first time I ever had an experience that customer need a permission to use toilets at gas station. Pies also not good as well and expensive too.

Just brought 2 pies from there,Both were cold and one had a hair in it. Horrible experience plus donut cabinet had a fly in it also. (Once bitten twice shy)

No toilets! I live rural and needed to visit bathroom before heading home. Thought I would get petrol and use toilet.It came as a rude surprise when I went to pay. Coffee is bitter as well.Not impressed. Went back recently pies now heated in microwave and soggy.

They apparently don't have toilets".You mean to tell me you sit there all day at that counter and don't go to the toilet.Won't be stopping there for fuel again.I like a one stop shop. Coffee. Toilet. Fuel.The three main things you look for in a servo when you are driving 20 hours up the coast.This ain't the place! Keep driving."

Need to change their shelf price tags, tag says one price get to the counter it scans at a different price. Can't expect a customer to pay more than the shelf price tag says it is.
