I was concerned about the delivery time and whether I would receive the personalised bible in time for my granddaughter's Baptism. I emailed Daniella and received a very quick response. Daniella finished the Bible in time and sent it to me via Express post. I couldn't be happier, the bible is beautiful. Thank you so much Daniella. I highly recommend her company.

Daniella is so helpful she always puts in 150% she has high quality products and she is the best in what she does .Whenever she had made anything for me it has always been better than expected.

I would give 0 if that was an option. I ordered 2 candles for my daughters christening. One came broken and the other had blue specs near the rose gold writing. When I contacted the owner it took almost a week to get a response. Once I did speak with her the customer service was disgusting, she raised her voice on the phone so I just hung up as I will not be spoken to like that. She accepted no responsibility for the broken candle. She mentioned they're fragile and can break in delivery. My response to this was to write fragile " on the box. Avoid this place plenty other shops who provide better quality products."

The candle itself is great, but the process to receive it was not adequate.It took weeks to receive any type of response for updates on the location of my candle. There are too many communication methods available. It wasn't until I said I wanted a refund that I received a response after several attempts. I would suggest limiting the communication methods to ensure customer inquiries are responded too within a timely manner.

Ordered the Annabella Personalised Holy Bible and received product very prompt, however the finished lining of the cover was very poor! Also the pages very thin and writing very small! A better quality would be recommended especially for a Bible recommended to be gifted as a Christening presentSeller mentions if there is anything to improve customer experience to let them know, I have emailed them with my concern and never heard back! So a bit disappointed!

I was looking for a baptismal candle that had the design pri Ted in the candle, rather than on a plastic wrap, as most in the market seem to be. I am very happy with the quality of the candle I ordered for my godson, rush turnaround (involving personal delivery to my door!), keepsake gift box which will keep it protected for years to come, and switching to a design that wasn’t in Daniella’s current online catalogue. The definition of customer service!
