quick and super helpful and friendly. I had to report damage to my motorbike after an attempted stealing offence. A pretty minor issue but the policewoman was really polite, attentive and helpful. Waiting time was minimal. Police officer Galvin was excellent.

Absolutely fabtastic to deal with. I am new to the area and took my truck up the wrong street. Had to get Police to help me back out of the street. The 3 police officers that arrives were so helpful and pleasant to deal with. Big thankyou to them.

the bed where very uncomfortable, the food tasted bad, it was cold - I was expecting a breakfast buffet but I didn't even get breakfast!! They don't have any wifi, at least that I couldn't get on. I asked them if they had a pool but they told me to get back to my cell!

Take the law into your own hands, it would be more proactive. Rang 131444 and asked for launceston radio room, told it is launceston radio room, request police to aurora stadium, person on phone does not know where that is as they are in Hobart. So why lie? Rang launceston police station via number listed on Google, sat on hold for 10 minutes to Hobart station. So if you want to swing nuts on the grassed area next to aurora stadium at midnight and wake up all of Invermay, go for it, as A.They don't know where it is, and B. They don't care.

Horrible customer service, don't want to help just want to get you off the phone or away as quickly as possible, and no help if you can't get through to a different section.
