Found them unhelpful condescending. Our cat is still traumatised days later and has a mystery cut under eye with no explanation. Asked nicely why my cat was even there and refused to give me a reason.

The staff were happy to show off their dogs even though we were not looking to buy today. My daughter had a huge smile on her face. The dogs looked happy and healthy.
