Unfortunately I would not recommend this service.When the faxes worked eFax was fine, but we found that faxes were consistently unable to be sent and received.We have asked to change our number to another provider, however it has taken eFax over a month to do this (+charging an additional fee). As a result, we are paying to two providers.We would appreciate if this issue could be resolved ASAP

This company is fraud.I’ve been trying to cancel my account for months now. Every month there’s another issue, and they just keep charging you monthly. I think this is how they make there money. Don’t sign up for a free trial- Don’t put your CC details into there system.

Terrible customer service. Tried to ring multiple numbers and use the online chat to rectify an issue and was cut off, live chat they just didn't respond. When I finally managed to get a hold of someone they were rude and very unhelpful. Easier to use another service! avoid this one!!!!!!!

Was with them for years and the service was good. After a year i realised i had no need for a faxing service so rang up 3 months ago to cancel and after 10 minutes on the phone i was told it was all done. Now i see that they are still charging me and after talking with the service department today they said they have no record of my call. So essentially that's why i'm giving this rating as they refuse to acknowledge i rang up and cancelled the subscription a while back so the past few months bills wont be refunded (otherwise the service itself was fine)

Made me call up just to cancel their trial service. Was on hold for around 10-15 minutes as well. Based on the feedback the other users left - I'm hoping they cancelled it properly and don't charge me anyway! I got a reference number just in case.

Recurring charges occuring from signup for $20.85 for the pro service. As soon as I contacted them to cancel, they offered to reduceyour plan to $4.99 AUD /month (which includes30 pages in and 30 pages out per month). Absolutely ripped off for the last 2 years I had the service, paying $20.85 per month. Do your own research, but this pricing strategy is disgraceful. If you are signing up, mention the reduced rate or find a better competitor.

Website has an error when you try to cancel, then they bill you even though you think you've cancelled. Tried calling and waited over 30 minutes before giving up.Don't use, find someone else.

The worst service I've met ever.If you want to cancel the service, they gonna build you a hundred barriers.I did it in the portal. They want me to send an email.I sent the email, and got no response for one week.I gave a call , and someone take the first call but sounds upset before I say anything. And hang up my call when I say I want to cancel. I keep calling, they keep hanging up for 20 minutes.I know they did it on purpose, cuz the call was on the line at the very beggining.I'm not a mean guy, that is the first time I write a bad review on google.

Do not use this service. They were down more than 50% of the time that we were signed up, all of two weeks. We given a multitude of different excuses. Long story short, they have one job - to send faxes. Which they are not able to carry out successfully. I have requested a refund on the annual fee we paid. Will wait and see if that refund comes back.

The company requested credit card statement for verification , sent in april 2022, service was still inoperable. Then in October they charged for a yearly fee with no service. They said they would refund and I have been waiting 2 months now. I am about to issue a Section 5A Magistrates court filing which will escalate their cost by around $700.
