From the first phone call to the follow up after installation, awesome in every aspect. Our heating options were discussed thoroughly so we understood the options without any pushy up sell or BS and we had quotes within 24 hrs that were highly competitive. They turned up on time and had the work done with excellent quality and service and worked through the pump operation with us making sure they answered any and all questions. Brett and Troy installed a heat pump including circulation pump and electrical board minor upgrade. Their service was A+ Grade. Price was very good, communication was excellent, the arrived when they said they would and were very efficient to install. We got them back to do some pool pipe relocation work and the exact same happy experience. Great tradespeople and nice blokes. Highly recommended!

Pool Heating Queensland was contacted to assess and make a recommendation on the viability of an aging pool heater. Brett's response was quick, his advice clear and in terminology we were able to understand. Ultimately, it was decided to replace/upgrade the pool heater. Brett confirmed he had the recommended pool heater in stock and could install it the same day. After agreeing to the quoted price, Brett supplied and installed the new pool heater (taking away and disposing the old pool heater) the same day. Excellent service.

We had a heater and pool blanket installed with Mike and his team. Their response time was always fast and able to answer all questions well. On the day of the installation, the team was fantastic. Very professional and gave a great tutorial of how to use the equipment. Would highly recommend!
