Despite the myth of no job too small from service providers, I had the need to replace a small pane of green glass in a door. Scoured Geelong without success until I found these guys. They cut into a sheet but only charged a measly $10 cut to size. Then, I found I had a snr moment measuring.. wrong size. Took it back and they trimmed it on the spot...no charge. OK I didn't cover their rent, but the service was great. Thanks

the shower screen has been organised to get here asap company has now delayed things meant to get here today called at 5pm to say the fitter has wife in hospital, im sure they can arrange another shower screen fitter to arrive, the screen was ready Monday we now have to wait till Thursday, this is a home care package im assumed its paid for, with mobility access modifications, glass workers dont seem responsible professional enough , i got asked when do you want it? by the girl on the phone today like it was a bit of rubbish, its urgent request coming up to 3 weeks we are left without being able to use a shower. im expecting this to be delivered by Thursday without delay, Genu is our HCP. The guy who measured it came on the 3/3/23 its now 21/3/23.

I rang around for 5 quotes, these guys were prompt and lower priced. The work they did was stunning and I was able to get exactly what I wanted.. None of the others could accommodate me with my reasonable request.

Just called in for a quote. I smiled and said hello to the lady who served me. No response. She obviously wasn't happy to be there. I ended by saying that she obviously wasn't interested in helping me and I would go elsewhere.You'd be better to employ someone with some customer service skills.

During a recent home renovation, Brad and his team replaced all the old 70's era glass in the windows of our house with modern, treated, laminated glass that offered much better insulation and sound proofing as well as being a lot more resistant to breakage. The $$ savings over the alternate option of installing completely new double glazed glass windows and frames, was considerable. They also supplied and fitted a new 5 panel bifold door and a bifold servery window , plus new bathroom windows and frames and sliding laundry glass door and frame in the house. The company's tradesman turned up on time and were very friendly and the finish quality of their work was very high. Communications between the company and ourselves was very good and that aspect is probably the most important in any home renovation project, regardless of project size.

Shoddy workmanship. Never return your calls. No care No responsibility. Will NEVER use them again.

Initially told, during Covid crisis, that my windows will be installed in 4 weeks, also even though advertsised they do not do free measure and quote, instead a deposit would have to be made before they would sent someone out to measure my intended purchase.Measuring my window space took about 1 hour, measurement included taking into account the slope of the concrete at different points, the bricks and the position that I wanted the windows. I was assure there was no problem, what I wanted was possible. For that four weeks there was no communication from them. So I contacted “Lady in the office” to be told that due to covid they were behind. Week 7 my windows were ready to be installed.The hour long checking measurements didn't help, the window was made too big and didn't fit the way it was agreed too, the two employees proceeded to bang and hammer to try to get it in as much as possible, the frame was deeply scratched in areas. I was not informed of this issue at the time, but rather after they had left and I queried it with the Lady in the office" I was told that it was the fault of my brick work being textured

Poor workmanship for a professional outfit… disgusting finishes on glass edges.. service is poor.. customer service is poor.. should be ashamed to be a geelong business

Best prices and were able to deliver our triple stack double glazed door suite B4 Christmas. Very happy with the product quality. Heavy doors, but they slide beautifully.

Excellent product and installation.., absolutely terrible administration and verbal communication from them (ie not one phone call). When told 4 weeks to complete.. took 8 weeks for a single window and no apologies when when they still messed up the simple order. At least the installers were apologetic and understood completely my frustration. Seems like an ongoing issue in that area. Miserable employees equals miserable service. Good luck !
