O'Brien® AutoGlass Wakerley

I took my Mazda CX3 into O'Brien's Wakerley on Sat. 17/12. I thank Melody for her welcome and for showing me how to work the coffee machine. I think their waiting room is the best I've been in. Everything was spotless and the cricket was on. Jay, my particular tradie, introduced himself and explained what would occur. My car was ready before time. The team was kind enough to extract most of the broken glass from the untidy boot that was lying amongst empty shopping bags. So, thanks especially to Jay and indeed anyone else involved with my car. Booked my car into O’Brien Autoglass at Tingalpa / Wakerley to have a chip repairedThe process was quite straight forward however, note that a credit card deposit is required when booking, to ensure people arrive at their appointed timeI was greeted promptly and waited a short time until a technician was available to inspect the damageUnfortunately, a repair couldn’t be effected due to a previous chip repair in the same location. I’d say, the previous O’Brien repair lasted three years before failingMy booking deposit was refunded promptly and it looks like I’m up for a windscreen replacement - at some future timeThe O’Brien’s staff were great, courteous and professional at all times, I’m happy to recommend them

Fantastic service and quality of fitting!My VW Jetta was booked in for a windscreen replacement at 10am. I arrived at 9:45 and asked how long it would be, because I had to be at work at midday. I was told it would be 90 minutes - 60 to fit the windscreen and 30 minutes for the adhesive to cure.After 45 minutes, I saw the technician drive my car out to the car park and was really pleased, thinking I would have to wait another 30 minutes, still 30 minutes earlier than I had thought.Imagine my surprise when I was told that I could drive straight out. They told me that because I was waiting on site, they had done the job straight away and that the adhesive was already cured.The job itself was flawless, with not even a fingerprint on the glass.The online booking process was also super easy, including a change to the time.I highly recommend O’Brien to anyone needing any auto glass repair or replacement.

I had a questionable chip repair booked in when a rock hit the windscreen on the driver’s side. Shout out to Mark - he inspected the site and assured me the ‘chip’ was only cosmetic and no repair was necessary. He then said they’d refund my initial deposit I had to make the booking.Professional, honest, friendly. Highly recommend.

Replaced my front windscreen in less than an hour. Need to pre-book prior, good communication throughout.

The 5 star is for the technican Chris ONLY.I found him polite, did the job quick and efficiently.One star for office staff who organised my appointment ARRIVAL between 8 - 9 am the next day. Then rang just before arrival time and changed to between 10.00 to 11 am, and then rang again later and changed to arrival 3.45 - 4 pm.I understand emergencies. And I was OK with just before midday arrival. I said we can arrange another day, but No, he will definitely be their.What a waste of a day. I hope this is not something that happens often. It's not a great way to run a business..

They were absolutely amazing. They changed my windscreen within a short time, and were very friendly and accommodating.
