Funk Hair Studio

Worst place in the world. I walked in with beautiful blonde hair that just needed a redo toning because it washed out a week after receiving a full head of foils by Bianca. I made my appointment for 7pm I arrived at 6:40 I then had to wait 1 1/2 hours for a tone which would of taken 30 minutes. Once Bianca got around to me she left my toner on for so long after specifically being told by the owner to only leave it on for 15 minutes tops and then being told she should probably wash it off. I was left sitting there on a lounge when there was 4 chairs available. I ended up telling her I was leaving and washing it off myself as I only live around the corner once I washed the toner off over 40 minutes later I was mortified to find bright orange hair. 15 days before my birthday and the Thursday before the Easter long weekend. Completely disgusted.

Cannot recommend Funk Hair Studio enough!! It’s going to take a few seasons to get the result I’m after because the wonderful girls there don’t want to damage my hair!! Karie is absolutely wonderful and talks you through what she’s doing and using she explains everything!! I always look forward to going there I can’t wait to show off the end result ❤️❤️ Thank you Nicole and ladies you are all fantastic!!

Went in for full head foils- lighter. Was alot darker then I wanted. I asked about it and was told it will lighten up. Next day there was an orange tinge and green tinge. I sent them photos and asked for a partial refund (not even a full one) as im booked in a few weeks at my original hair dressers if my hair is repaired as its quite horrible atm. They said jo and told me to go back and get it redone by them free of charge. As ive only got a few weeks to try again b4 my holiday I didnt want to risk it and explained that so would prefer a partial refund. I didnt get it.Never have i had this happen b4... dont listen to what you want in the first place. And then make excuses after then expect you to go back when they ruin ur hair

These ladies are amazing, they made me feel so comfortable and were so caring. I had to chop my hair off because I had a very bad tangle which my hair could not be saved, they ladies gave me a beautiful pixie cut and made me feel so much more confident in myself and I feel amazing. More then I have in a very long time. Thank you so much girls, I'll definaly be coming back. Xxx

I absolutely love what Nicole did with my hair. I can not thank her enough for fitting me in before Christmas. Absolutely recommend Nicole and the team at Funk Hair Studio. Thanks again girls.

Kind and hardworking hairdressers, excellent colourists, full head of foils which was worth the spend as they did colour correction on grown out balayage. Highly recommend!
