Upon inspection, they pointed out problems that only I knew and after repairing, the results were great and pricing was considerably cheaper than I expected. Great service you won’t find anywhere on the northern beaches.

My first impression on Bromspec was outstanding. Young folks work up there looks responsible and professional. They deserved 5 stars and it surprised me when the shutter was closed down on weekday morning but after chat with old man, I could tell straight up by irrespnsibility on his job, pushing the blame on his client were simple no indication to me. Luckily that I haven't done any major repair/service with them.

Great service, experienced mechanics and very professional. New owners Julian and Lockie were wonderful. I had warning light issues and needed replacement parts. They showed me the prior part which was broken and explained what needed doing. They managed to rectify a seat problem quickly that would have cost a bomb if I had gone to the BMW service centre. Would highly recommend. Great with women as well

Made a booking to do dyno runs on Friday . I called and confirmed the appointment. Drove over an hour to get to the place . Was told upon arrival that they couldn’t put the car on the dyno . Very disorganised . Could have advised me an hour or two before the booking , that they couldn’t do any dyno runs that day .

I was recomended to go here by my normal shop as I had a fairly complex oil leak on my X5. They were instantly knowledgeable on where the problem was and even helped fix another leak in my transmission.If you have any questions around BMWs, these guys are the place to go!
