This is a late review, I booked an appointment last year for a full head of foils.I was contacted via Facebook messenger to notify me that my appt. had been cancelled, no explanation provided.There was then no availability for a month to get hair done, so I went elsewhere.Very unprofessional customer service.

About a month ago I had a treatment done at this salon while getting my hair done the hairdresser who I believe is the owner recommend a colour treatment so I agreed paid in advance and hairdresser booked me an appointment for a Sunday. That Sunday comes I walk to the salon as I'm an epileptic and have no license when I get there to my surprise the salon is closed. I wait around for 15 mins and still no one had arrived to open the salon. I then ask the kind lady at the fish and chip shop to call the owner as she has the owners private number and there was no answer kind lady from the fish and chip shop txt saying I was there waiting as I had an appointment and no reply. I then emailed it was 30mins I had been waiting I expressed my disappointment and asked for my money back as I had paid in advance. I waited another 15 mins then made my way home by the time I got home the owner replied to my email. Not once was I abusive I just wanted my money back! I then find a TIKTOK this hairdresser had created about me but instead of telling the truth she fabricated lies about what had actually happened on that day she scooped so low she went as far as assessing my mental health on social media which was outrageous because she doesn't know me that well to do that and she's far from a mental health professional to be able to assess a client's mental health and then talk about it on TIKTOK was mind blowing and immature for a woman her age she's my age 55 years old. I then contacted her via email and told her i had seen the TIKTOK she had created about me and i had thought she had made a mountain out of a molehill and i thought and i believe shes an attention seeking drama queen. I find her behaviour odd disturbing and unprofessional makes me wonder how many other lies has she made up on TIKTOK about her clients? The job she did on my hair i was happy with but her behaviour I find extremely odd and unstable.

Excellent team. I had my hair bleached and fixed from faded blue. Gaya corrected the colours and gave me a sleek combination of peekaboo purples and blue. Thank you all for a wonderful hair experience. Would recommend :) !!!
