Secured I.T.

So I had just finished building my first gaming PC and only managed to get power to the fans and put a few plugs in backwards. After 4 hours and getting frustrated i found Paul at Secured I.T. and in under an hour he had it up and running. Paul was straight forward and to the point. He had me with him and ran me through everything to make sure i understood. I can't stress the inexpense this job cost me for such great work. If i took this anywhere else i would be over charged. I can't recommend Secured I.T. enough THANK YOU paul :)

No tomfoolery here, straight to the point and extremely helpful :) When my old computer died and I needed help and advice. He was brutally honest about what it needed.After replacing the broken fans free of charge, he completely upgraded my computer plus the operating system and got it running perfectly again. We had the misfortune of having both our machines completely melt down within 2 days of each other (so all emails, backups etc gone....). He was there the very same day we cried for help.The end-story is: we had a basic customer/email system up and running brilliantly the very next day, then the craziest-fast graphic-computer custom-built straight after. It's so fast, and graphic/video ready, I'm still trying to catch up with it's capabilities!No 18 yr old sales-person at Harvey Norman or JB Hi-Fi will have anywhere near the knowledge of what makes a system run. Paul will repair your system, or custom-build one for you at a very competitive price, tailored to your needs, then support it with a 'g'day mate, just dropping over to make sure it's all still going great' attitude.Small, local business is a tough gig these days. When you get good support for yours, stick to it and support them - it's well worth it. Good job Paul, I couldn't be happier with our systems.

Once again Paul has saved me! Called him at 5pm left a message. Dropped in at 7pm took computer to look at. I knew it was dead! Brand new Computer built and delivered by 7pm the next day. I love the fact he is local and has so much knowledge. 100% recommend retrieved everything off my old hard drive. Can not thank him enough.

A friend of mine recommended Paul after I got ripped off by a local tech company.. my custom built computer was never fast enough, it slowed down my work flow and I had constant issues dealing with the guys who built it... It was only 1.5 years old and 2 of the internal hard drives were dying.. the guys who built it refused to commit to the 2 years warranty that was promised so instead of paying them more money to do further dodgy work I took it straight to Paul. Within 10 minutes he told me the issues with the computer, he ordered the required parts, he was so honest and genuine, and his pricing is so good! Had my computer back within a week and it is running better than ever, it is now actually doing what it was supposed to from the start. He has pretty much given me a brand new computer, tidied up all the internal wires, added good quality drives, reconnected everything, connected the USB ports that were not working previously, and even sat down with me to provide tips on how to work with the different hard drives to keep in running efficiently. Finally, we have found a great IT Service. Paul was punctual, friendly & extremely knowledgeable & a real pleasure to deal with.We had been having massive Computer problems but could not find anybody that would help us at a rate that we could afford.Paul took the Computers away on the Friday pm & delivered them back on Monday, all fixed. We will never need to go anywhere else to get help, now that we have found this Company local in Cleveland.Paul also updated some parts that with anyone else, would have been added to the Account. Suspected my Dell AC adapter wasn't working because it was not charging my laptop. It was checked and I was advised that I may need a new one. ($79.95). I was also advised to have a diagnostic check on the computer, ($99). I rang Secured IT for a second opinion, and was told to bring it over ....which I did. Paul tried one of many used leads he had in his filing cabinet.....all good!! He gave me the lead and refused any payment for his time. Thank you Paul, you are a star. Kevin
