Value Hearing gives me great value. Not only are their hearing aids top of the range, they are economical to purchase, and come with great expertise in the form of advice and education. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and happy to accommodate individual needs.

It’s a 5 hour round trip for me to get to Value Hearing and well worth doing. I tried 3 local hearing specialists where I live and had very bad experiences. My new Phonak P90 RL hearing aid was fitted in the morning with a second appointment in the afternoon to do some more adjustments after trialing the aid at a local shopping centre. I then did a follow up “remote connection” appointment 3 days later with excellent results. I have been in the hearing aid club for over 25 years and have a very good idea of what an audiologist needs to be able to do. I was very impressed with Value Hearing years ago, beside providing with a correctly programmed hearing aid, they also saved me over $5000 on my first appointment with them. They have integrity, high skill levels, excellent customer service and a pleasure to deal with. They really are interested in what your needs are, instead of being high pressure salespeople trying to make as much money on the deal. I am very fortunate to have found them.

This is my 4th year with Value Hearing, I remain very pleased I found them, after a search when discovering the cost of hearing aids for the first time!The history of Value Hearing really resonated with me. I have been happy to recommend them to personal friends.I have had the same audiologist for most of those years, always friendly & capable, pricing and product range seem consistent and true to label.

Great service and no hard sell to get hearing aids despite having moderate hearing loss. Sensible advice and recommendations have actually made me more likely to get hearing aids sooner than I planned, whereas a hard sell would have made me annoyed.

Anna Marie was the most understanding, caring person I have ever spoken to about my hearing and it is sad to see her leave, but I am 100% confident that Romeo Asago will be just as understanding and caring. I consider myself to be a bit of a difficult client as I have narrow ear canals but Anna always worked we me to get the best possible results I could achieve. I always felt I was personally looked after and never felt like I was an inconvenience, no matter how many times I visited or emailed. I recommend the clinic 100%.

He is knowledgeable, competent, thorough in every aspect of finding a suitable solution for your hearing needs. From hearing assessment to explaining it and discussing hearing aid types he is always focussed on what is best for you. He is happy to listen to your views. Unlike many others, he is not focussed on selling or up selling a particular product. I am very grateful to Romeo for his assistance in resolving my hearing difficulties and would happily recommend him to anyone needing the services of a caring professional audiologist.

Have just purchased my Hearing aids from Value Hearing. Anna-Marie was my consultant, the service was first class. tried 3 sets of hearing aids, at no cost. I had priced these aids at two other .hearing aid businesses. The price was far cheaper at Value Hearing. I am 77 and have a number of friends who wear hearing aids, I am sure they will be visiting Value Hearing as I have strongly recommended them.
