Beautifully maintained...artistic gardens, immaculate paintwork, layout of residences well done...first class in every way. I imagine all residents would be delighted living there.

Think carefully before buying into a retirement village. Check all the costs involved in buying and also more importantly the costs when selling. You might be in for a shock when you find out how much is charged against the sale price amount. Be very wary and if buying read and understand the contract thoroughly and ask questions to satisfy yourself. It is a secure place and peaceful. But that's the only thing good I can say about it.
