From the first time you get behind the wheel, all the way up to passing the driving test, Ossie is supportive throughout. He's clearly very experienced and knowledgeable, but what really makes him stand out is his engagement with the driver. He is willing to talk about whatever and have a laugh, making for a friendly and comfortable experience. I couldn't ask for a better instructor; would recommend to anyone.
