After sales service is non-existent. Chris Penrose comes across a nice guy but once install has taken place and something isn't right he will ignore phone calls and emails to try and find a resolution. First visit told us with a great deal of confidence that a new overhaul on our plasma dust extraction would solve all of our problems, however did not work. Try and get in touch with him to come back to look over and make adjustments and he ignores every attempt to get back to me. Happy to take your money but forget about any professionalism, beware! Anyone considering using his service can happily call Harding Steel to discuss our experience.

Amazing service and end result, Chris and the team were brilliant to deal with throughout the whole install, cannot recommend these guys enough.
