Staff acting very inappropriately with a lot of yelling and swearing between themselves and their friends in the restaurant. I was the only other customer in there trying to enjoy a coffee. Not pleasant.

after 12 mins no meal, asked, said they would cook right away, after another 8 mins asked again, said they would start it. 20 minutes and had not even begun my meal. said i need to cancel as my break is over. No apology offered, no care involved in servicing customers.

Would have be been nice if we could have sat down in peace to eat our food this evening without hearing the manager constantly loudly and very rudely shouting orders at her staff. I’m not surprised her staff were arguing back with how rudely she was speaking to them

Speaking about our take out order today at Ingham McDonald's. I believe heading the cooking team today was Jeremy. Thank you for your commitment to food preparation and burger presentation. Our experience today was nothing short of a great tasty feed.

Food was fresh and hot. Everything was clean. It was raining so staff member kept mopping floor. Staff clean and tidy.

We ordered inside from the kiosk machine. It was easy and fast. Plenty of tables inside and out. Playground for the kids. Order was correct and McCafe Iced Latte was pretty good, although on the sweet side. Lactose free and soy milks available. Only thing that wasn't great was the ladies toilets. No toilet paper and very dirty - so much so that I couldn't use it. Perhaps just need to clean them more regularly. Otherwise a nice McDonalds.

No way to order with human at front counter. No staff at counter to help guests, all out back, not even a register on counter to take orders. Directed to self serve kiosk. News flash - I don’t work at McDonalds. It’s not my job to ring up my order. Walked out and went to KFC instead. Get your act together McShit.

For the third time this week they have missed items in our order and items on the burgers. No one is double checking these orders before given it out. Lazy and unreliable. Only positive is manager who I spoke to over the phone was very understanding and offered full refund

If I could give half a star I would..Atrocious service. It took 40 minutes to get through the drive through and then we had to park up. It has always been terrible but it has now surpassed itself in it's inability to function as a fast food outlet. If your in a hurry don't go there. If travelling through wait till you get to the next town.

Well, well, well. Where do I start with this train wreck of a fast 'food' establishment. We arrived into Ingham after a long journey from Cairns heading south and came into maccas as our second option. We ordered 2 large mcchicken meals. We got back to the hotel room to discover a mcchicken burger was not in there. We returned to the shop to have the manger hand us one already waiting there, assuming this was ours from our order. When we arrived at the room, we went to eat our burgers.I near broke my teeth on this garbage! I could barely bite through it! It was dry, over-cooked and i would suggest it had been there for the day! The vibe in there is of a bratty high school room when the teacher isn't around. The girls at the drive-thru seem uninterested and only wants to flirt with the guys and they all look disheveled and scruffy.This is the absolute bottom of the list of maccas to go to, and is even below Charters Towers maccas.Veterans/Travellers, please, please, don't waste your hard earned here. It appears to be staffed with teenagers playing jokes on unsuspecting customers! Please go to another food place and don't bother with this place. Servo food would be better and safer than this.Please consider this, if they serve this garbage up to customers (photos attached), what else are they doing to the food??!! I felt sick thinking about what else they did to our food.
