Crocs Playcentre Campbelltown

One of the better playareas for kids in this area. It is big with plenty for the kids to do. Bonus it has a proper Cafe on sight selling good coffee unlike others I have been too. Would return

I have been bringing my 5 kids to crocs for months. We have always attended during school days. Today my hubby and I decided to come on a Sunday. We had not attended crocs on a weekend before. We did not realise that there were 2 hour session times, so when we arrived, it was 10.30 and the session time was half way. So we explained to the lady at the counter that we were unaware of the session times. It was costing us $76 just for entry. No food or coffee yet. We asked if we could stay from 10.30 till 12.30. a 2 hour session time like every one else. She agreed, understanding that it was alot of money to pay for only 1 hour. At 11.30 when the session time had finished, the manager ( I will assume ), approached my hubby and I, asking us to leave, the session time was over. I explained the discussion I had had with the lady at the counter. The manager said it was wrong of her to allow that. We still had to leave. I explained again that we did not want to stay all day, as she had suggested, just the 2 hours as per the session time and agreement made with the lady at the counter. Again, she was not happy with this and stated we had to leave. My hubby got angry and said that we should get a refund then. The lady proceeded to say we could stay for the hour, so making it a 2 hour session but she would come and check that we had left in the hour. Needles to say, we felt so unwelcome and our business not appreciated. We had ended up spending $100 for entry for 1 hour, a muffin and a coffee my hubby did not finish. I will note that when ever I have been to crocs, we have never spent less than $150. We always buy drinks, watermelon packs, food, icecreams. I am very disappointed and expect better. I own a business also and have never treated a customer the way the manager did treat us. I will happily take my money to Monkey Mania from now on.

First time here, came all the way from the Parramatta area after seeing all the great reviews. Definitely the BEST playland I have been to. I can vouch for the good reviews. Most playlands seems to have issues with hygiene and cleanliness but this place was clean, the toilets were well maintained and surprisingly a stand out haha. There is a unique tree feature in the centre of the sitting area, although fake adds a cute fairytale touch. The playland itself is huge, toddler area included, a jumping castle and an interactive virtual under ocean room which is nice. Party rooms available & the Muffin Break cafe makes some great coffee. Only downfall which I understand the reason for is the no outside food & drinks rule. The toboggan slide also doesn't work so well, you stop about halfway, it's too slow, would be perfect if it worked. Considering having my sons birthday here after my visit but it's so far from my area which a pity. Wish the playlands in my area kept up to par with this one. Will be returning here for sure.

İt's so noisy, cluttered and the food is ridiculously expensive. But my child had fun so... That's all that matters. The staff were really nice too.

My five year old loved it! I appreciated the clean facilities, helpful and attentive staff, and thoughtful kids lunch options like the sandwich box with fruit.

Staff were warm & welcoming. Love that adults don’t need to pay for entry like other cafe/playgrounds. Play area is very big, so be prepared to follow your little one around as you can’t see them very well from the table area. Don’t forget your socks for you & your little one, although they do sell socks on-site.Good little area sectioned off for those under 4. A disco room for dancing all the wiggles out. A jumping pad available, so plenty of things to do for your little ones to exert all their energy.The food is reasonably priced and they have a good variety of food available.Definitely keen for another visit after our first visit today.

My favourite Crocs Playcentre! Staff are lovely, coffee is great and the little kids section has been re-done. It's great and clean!

I had my daughters 8th Birthday party here over the weekend. They did the bake party.I have hosted and attended lots of parties in places like this and all I can say is wow..... Cros bake party is the best party I have ever been too. The hosting girls were amazing, the kids were occupied but still plenty of time to run around and all together amazing. Thanks for making it her best birthday ever.(her words)Fiona

The kids had so much fun there. Staff were running around cleaning the tables. It was very busy on Saturday. Plenty of car parking spaces. Toilets were very clean. Food was ok and coffee was very good. The place has air condition and noise wise it was ok. All features were safe for kids to play. I will come back. Also food choices were very limited. I have asked for my wrap to be made without the chilli sauce but was told to pick something else instead.

We enjoyed a Princess Room party at Little Crocs Playland Campbeltown for my daughters 3rd Bday! We had Mia as our host and she was super nice and organised She handled 19 kids by herself with little help from another staff. The manager Luke was also very accommodating it was a busy day but the staff worked hard to meet customers demands efficiently and with such hospitable attitude. We will definitely be back for another bday party!
