When these apartments were first advertised we were quick to purchase because they met all our expectations. The location was ideal for us.Short walking distance to 2 large shopping centres, with convenient health servicesConvenient for public bus transportCinemas and eating outletsClose to a huge variety of light industrial services , and Bunnings almost next door.Our balcony overlooks the trees and parkland of Capalaba Regional Park with picnic facilities, walking and bike trails, and safe play grounds for our grandchildren20 minutes to the international airportWe loved the open plan design with lots of windows, open spacious kitchen and living area, and a lift for our older years. It seems great value for money with regard to size and quality of finishWe experienced the friendly sales team (Kevin and Peter) as efficient and communicative, but not pushy.

Recently purchased a brand new apartment here at Pittwin on the Park. The experience from start to finish has been excellent. Peter (Promote Property) helped me navigate the first home owner buying process and was transparent throughout the purchase- answering all questions I had about the development. The apartments themselves are well built, with quality finishes and good inclusions. I am particularly enjoying the kitchen- which is insanely spacious for a new apartment. The community has been welcoming & with access to a wonderful recreation park just next door, the location makes for good exercise for both yourself & your pet.

The thing which I have come to realise about Peter from Promote Property is that he is not your usual real estate sleaze. In my dealing with Peter, he has been up-front about every concern and helpful in negotiations with the builder. I have him to thank for securing some extra tiling as part of the deal. Now I am assured of the property’s build-quality and, combined with its great location, I cannot wait to take possession. Thank you Peter for your continuing helpfulness.
