I've purchased a pair of sunglasses via their website. The process was easy and quick. Had to communicate with store and received a quick response from them. The item arrived on time and well packed and in perfectcondition. I'm happy with my purchase and I would use buy from this store again.

I purchased and was sent prescription glasses, and after four months requested a tax invoice however was denied one due to not providing a prescription due to its health fund requirements. The process is absurd and prescriptions should be requested at order and not once the customer requests a tax invoice.

I had a very good experience buying glasses online through 1001 optical. They replied promptly to my emails and helped me find the super light-weight glasses I was looking for. The process of ordering was very easy and smooth and they kept me updated during the shipping from Australia to the U.S. and followed up with an email after I had received the glasses. I highly recommend them!

I purchased a pair of sunglasses from 1001 Optical about a week ago. The price was excellent and I received shipping notification from AusPost the next day. The sunglasses arrived within two days and were very well packaged. I am more than happy with the shopping experience and am very impressed with 1001 Optical.

I ordered some contact lenses online and they were out of stock for one of the lenses. Not only did they place them on backorder, they sent free alternatives to use until the correct script can be sent. Despatched the next day and received the day after, so great turnaround time. An email was sent the same day apologising for the out of stock but with the offer for the replacements. Awesome customer service and will definitely order again. Ps. My lenses cost less here than OPSM, Bupa or Specsavers.

4 days since I made my purchase and still no tracking email pretty poor considering the nearest store is only 10 kilometres away. No one seems to know what store they are being dispatched from. Yes it’s easier to purchase directly from the store but unfortunately don’t have the time. The response makes no sense as customer service couldn’t locate the order number I placed and payed for ... had to personally drive to a store and collect

Excellent customer service, although originally when I purchased the glasses they took some time (which is fine as it’s covid), one pair was the incorrect size.The team happily exchanged them and they were very polite and professional. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing service. Ordered my new sunglasses on Tuesday and received them on Wednesday morning. So happy with the extremely fast turn around.Also attended the Burwood Store today to refit my prescription lenses to the new glasses, it was done in 10 minutes so impressed once again with the simplicity of the service.
